Nougat SMS App, S7 Edge

Ok, I've changed my camera app to save all the photos to the SD card, but I can't find a way to switch the SMS built in camera app to save files to the SD card. Apparently they are different.

Does anyone have a solution to this? or know of a way to do this?

Use a 3rd party messaging app like Textra. Camera storage in the stock SMS app seems to be coded to internal storage only.
