Nova launcher icons

Hi I'm having problems with nova. Won't let me change my icon individually using pics from my gallery.. Will let me do it individually from icon pack tho anyone know what I can do?

Many users have experienced this with the latest 2.1 release. The problem is not all users are experiencing this. I have emailed the developer and suggest you do the same: kevin@teslacoilsw.com. I had to revert back to version 2.0.2 to be able to use my own icons.

2.0.2 can be found here: xda-developers - View Single Post - [APP 4.0+] Nova Launcher - 2.1.1beta1 May 12, 2013. Not quite sure what level you are but this is an apk from the developer and not pirated. You have to allow unknown sources on your phone. Find the program in a file manager, double-click to install.

Latest release, 2.1.1, fixed the issue for me.
