Nova Launcher no notifications on apps just in notification bar...

Hello,

I am using Nova Launcher on my S4 and I think this is more of an Android problem rather than an S4 problem. I have TelsaUnread as my notification bubble (whatever you call it) manager and I have it set up in Nova Launcher but if I get a Snapchat notification (for example) it does not show the number 1 on the Snapchat app, whether it is in the dock or not.
I saw this happening on the "What do your homescreens look like?" topic here: (this post in particular) http://forums.androidcentral.com/wa...mescreens-look-like-2014-a-7.html#post3372426 See how in his notification bar he has a hangouts notification but then in his dock, no notification? That's what happens with me.

Can anyone explain why this is?

Or neither. TeslaUnread doesn't support ALL apps--it only works for the specific apps listed on it's setup screen (and in the PlayStore description) and neither Snapchat nor Hangouts is listed. Hopefully more will be added if users send them suggestions.

OHHHH! Makes sense. I guess I need to read more. D'oh! Lol

Does anyone know of something that supports most apps?

I knew Nova allowed you to use Missed-It instead of Tesla but it didn't seem to support Hangouts either. Turns out I missed the ADD application bit. I just replaced Tesla with Missed-It (don't need both) and everything is working including Hangouts. For the non shared stuff it may just count the notifications so the count may get off but as long as it shows one...
