I've never installed a new launcher b4, I've been wanting to try this one out. My question is, if I install it. Will I be able to disable it easily and return to Samsung ui without losing any settings I've already have set up in Samsung and back to nova again with same setups

Yes, don't worry. You can switch very easily between your launchers and the different setups will be kept. I'm not sure about Samsung but in most recent devices you can switch between launchers in settings - apps - advanced - default apps - home app.

A good launcher, such as Nova, won't affect your battery life. You will only notice it in your battery stats when you spend some time setting it up.

Can you recommend a good informative video to watch that shows all the features, tips tricks and recommend settings or best set up for optimal user experience

Never watched a video about Nova, but you don't need to worry, the settings are quite easy and you can ask here for help when you need it.

There's not such a thing as "optimal user experience". A custom launcher is all about personal preferences, grid size, number of icons, icon packs, folder appearance, transitions, gestures (if you have the Pro version) ...

There are many threads where members post their homescreens and they can be very helpful to give you some ideas. Once you understand how Nova works I'd recommend you to take a look at the swipe up actions, Nova Activities and Nova Actions.

The first thing i do on a new phone after going through the setup is to install Nova Launcher. Prime version is worth the money.

I'm pretty sold on Nova, so many customizable options. Two things I really appreciate are: (1) the ability to backup your home page(s) layout, in case you ever have to do a restore - none of the general backup solutions I've used covers that; and (2) once you get it all laid out how you like it, you can lock it to avoid any accidental movement or deletion of icons.

don't forget to save what you set up in Nova to Google drive that way you don't go back setting it up again if you move to another phone or factory reset .
it's in Nova settings where to save and name it ...
