Conspiracy theory in me says Verizon will not push it out and will include it with the android 11 update they seem to like to wait and bundle the entire months updates into one.

That might be true if Android 11 is being rolled out soon.

Samsung has already posted it's rolling out this month (Granted it was overseas samsung) and they released Beta 4 today so everything is lining up for this month
