VZW admitted today that there was a Major Error in the Release Notes for the November OTA "Update".

-The update NOW restricts file size to 5Mb OR LESS in outbound messaging for those who were previously able to send larger files.

This update kills some major functionality of the phone with email video attachments, documents, etc.
***I would STRONGLY advise not applying the November update if you have a device that currently allows file transfer sizes LARGER than 5Mb
