I love OnePlus but then again knock on wood, I haven't had any issues so I don't have to deal with customer service.

It's the only complaint I hear when trying to deal with them especially RMA.

I really like how fast they are throwing patches out but I'm a bit disappointed they had three patches since June security patches have been released and they haven't Incorporated them in. Not a deal breaker but just a little disappointed.

At least they responded to people having issues unlike most other manufacturer
They probably have a small team doing this but they been pretty good so far

the other question? is under settings click on security/lock screen you hit security update is that something different from software update like they use 1 for security update only and the other bfor software update
