Well I have been working on DOS or Windows based PC sence 1992. Went to collage to become a electronic tech for 3 years because I damaged my back when I was a welder/Febracator and have been disabled sence 1988. I now own my first smartphone and it is a LG Optimus for Virgin Mobile with the Android 2.2 OS. I have been told or read that is was a bad choice, but other have said it was a good choice.
I am thinking about getting a better one but money is short so in the mean time I am going to experment with MODs for it if I can find any that I feel I can trust not to brick it. I have flashed several items and have pulled some out of the brick form of them but always from the DOS prompt. I have little or no experence with the Android, Lenix or Unix OS so this is all very new to me.
