Number sync not working

My samsung tablet and samsung phone are no longer number sync after tablet update

At&t number sync not working

My samsung tablet is sync (paired) to my samsung phone. If my phone is in another room and I receive a call on my phone, I can answer the call on my tablet. It has been great until the tablet had an update. Now the at&t number sync feature is no longer working, when it asks me to login the message says "server had an internal error or timed out, try again" at&t have NOT provided any help with the issue. Any help?

As mentioned above, try wiping the cache partition for both devices:

It just turned on. The screen that the instructions said would appear never did. Wife and I tried

The tablet paired itself automatically when it was turned on the 1st time after I received it. At&t number sync appeared when I touched the green. Phone icon. Followed the instructions for setup with user ID and password. Worked fine till recent update. Calls to at&t have provided no help

You can try removing and setup again
