So I've woke up to YET ANOTHER problem with my Google Pixel and it's starting to drive me crazy. Why am I getting all these issues with a "premium" phone!?
Today's problem was notification sounds not working so realised I had missed calls and texts. Restarted phone and working at mo.

My other problem that started a few days ago is when I record a video and then press stop the phone freezes, message saying Camera Stopped and then Launcher Stops and so it's a big pain in the arse.

Another problem is where all of a sudden my phone just does not receive calls. I won't know this until someone says they've tried ringing and they are diverted. Restarting resolves this but it can happen weeks later.

Over the last few weeks I've also noticed that my touch screen can all of a sudden be a bit slow in responding and I've always had the issue of the phone getting really hot to touch when using it.

Basically I've had enough of constant problems, I had a £140 Motorola before this and never experienced so many issues. I'm wondering whether to take it back to carphone warehouse and try and get it exchanged or will I still end up with the same issues.

Anyone else have lots of problems with Google Pixels?

Did you try resetting it to factory settings? Did you install all updates if any are available? You should also be able to request a new device or get it repaired if the warranty is still valid/hasn't expired. Contact your carrier or store where you bought the phone for more information on how to do that.

Yeah I've factory reset my phone a few times since I've had it and done every update. Yeah I think I will take it back and see what they say, thanks for your reply

I am on my third pixel since August. Ringer stops working even though all bars are lit. Only way to fix it is to reboot and that only works for a few days before ai have to do it again.......This phone is terrible!

Yeah I agree, these phones are bad and yet they cost so much. The problem where phone doesn't ring is the worst, I think what if school tries ringing me because one of my kids are unwell or something and no one can get get through? This problem happens so randomly and it can be ok for weeks at a time. I think I'll try exchanging mine but if you've had 3 then I don't have much hope

The quiet ringer problem is actually the Google Phone app. It not only affects mine and a couple workers pixels, it also affects my wife's and son's Moto E phones. I have sent lots of feedback to Google about it. Still no fix. I would send feedback via the phone app. Maybe the more that complain, they will actually do something.

Thanks for replying, that's good to know about the Google phone app. Obviously this problem is affecting a few people and not just me! I have just sent feedback via the app as you suggested and will do it every time it happens because I'm sure it will happen again. Just waiting for the next problem to occur now

I had the same problem with phone but yesterday had an update and today it's working, fingers crossed, also carrier services update?

I have a similar problem in regards to missed calls. At times I don't even know someone has called until I get home at night or even up to 24hrs later. It's usually through a voicemail that says they called. It is annoying especially when the calls are important for work.

So Bratt23, since your post has it happened since? I don't think mine has went silent.
