O2 startup logo!

Hey everybody.... Can anyone please guide me how to remove the O2 carrier logo at the start screen? I paid them to get the phone unlocked but the start screen is still there!!!

The phone will be unlocked but the O2 logo doesn't get removed

That's a bit disappointing! Surely there is a way to remove it by flashing or something??
