O2 UK error 28

[AC Question]

New phone, all set up. But when sending texts it get a message O2 UK error 28, l looked it up online and it it said reset the messenger caché, which I have done, but I still get the message and am unable to see if txts. Any help?

Hi, speak to O2 - they might need to enable some settings for you first - or send some settings to your phone.
