Occasional shut down during phone calls

Hi all,

Had this phone since November 16 and for the most part I'm very happy with it.

But twice now I've been on a phone call and the phone has just died for no reason. I had plenty of battery, but the phone just turns off and I can't restart it just using the power button, I have to do a hard reset.

Now, it has only done it twice so it isn't the end of the world, but one of the times was during a telephone interview so not ideal.

Just wondering if any one else has had this issue at all?

That sounds like loose hardware connections. Possibly being shaken by sound from the call, you should get a replacement.

I've never heard of that before! I guess the difficulty is proving that its an issue as it doesn't happen every time.

Oh no, I'm so sorry that happened to you during a telephone interview! As stated above, I'd aim to get a replacement device. Keep us updated!
