They probably don't know how to do it or aren't aware of the policy, unless the Samsung service that you spoke with was misinformed

I don't know Samsung is the one that told me to take it there when I called to get then sent out. And the guy said they can't take liability if something goes wrong and are not allowed. My husband could do it I guess but for now my scratches only show up when the screen is black it's not that bad just yet.

I actually already got the replacements from Samsung but they have that stupid L shape cutout that I'm not a fan of.

I think I'm just gonna keep this phone and be on the search for a screen protector that is similar to the stock one.

Is it too where you could just lift the film up and remove the spec of dust?
