October update decreased video memory!

Ok, so basically they decreased my video memory from over 600MB to 376MB! What is wrong with Samsung??? They did the SAME thing back in 2013 on the GT-P3110 when the allotted system memory (around 640MB out of total 1GB if I remember correctly) wasn't enough to run Jelly Bean plus BloatWiz and they increased it to 768MB at the expense of video memory.

My Tab S3 video performance has degraded substantially since the last update. This might explain it. Thanks for the info. Wish I could roll back the update.
 
Well, I hope honestly that LineageOS gets properly ported to this tablet and has this video memory stuff fixed at the kernel level. Current LOS ports for the SM-T825 (which I have) only use 2 speakers, so that automatically is a no-go since I paid $1050 for my 32GB tablet. I managed to reproduce your issues by firing up the most graphically demanding game I have on my Tab, Rush Rally 2. On the Canada map, there is some barely noticeable microlag. I hope they fix this...
