is anyone having a issue with the Oculus VR fitting securely? I go the VR when i bought my S8+, i have tried adjusting the little tab and it does not seem to fit a well as the s8+.

Do you have the Note8 edition of the Gear VR? The older one won't fit the note 8

Jr is correct.


The S8+ VR is not the same as the note 8 version.

It'll still fit just a little snug. I use my N8 in my S8+ VR with no issues.

It'll work if you have the connector with the gray on it and have it set to "A"

I've got another issue, mine got sent with the gray connector, it's set to "A". I plugged in for the fist time and set up started, downloaded updates and software and then put everything down for about half an hour. I picked it up and plugged everything back in and now, when I plug in, it switches every second or so between "USB connector connected" and "USB connector disconnected"....
