odd charging problem....

So tonight I turned my phone off to give it a more "complete" charge as i've seen recommended by a lot of folks on here. Well, it took about 3 hours to charge (SLLLLLLOW) but the green light finally came on. When I unplugged the phone and turned it on, the battery was only as 90% Anyone else have this issue?? very weird!!!

The light will turn green before the phone is completely charged occasionally I leave mine on charge for at least 1 hour after it turns green to get that last 10%
