Odd Edge Card Now Appears

This screen opens (the "For You" / "Funny" thing) from the little edge card above the normal Samsung edge card. It has recently appeared and I don't know how to remove it or find out what it is from. The screenshot says it is from GoWeather, but I have always had that installed and have checked the settings and can't find any info on it. Within the ad, I can't click anywhere to get to the settings.
Any suggestions.

That is definitely coming from an app... if you tap that hexagon icon, does it say anything? What about if you uninstall GoWeather for now? Not to minimize the work of the GO team, but they ARE known for intrusive ads and adding unwanted stuff with their apps. At least they make cool ones, so to some, the trade-off is worth it.

The hexagon can not be opened. I went into the app permissions into Goweather and blocked all notifications. I am hoping this does it. I will uninstall if needed, but doing that and reinstalling it will probably be the same end result. Thanks for the input.

Uninstalling is the fastest way to know if that's the culprit app. But let us k ownif it helped!

I did not uninstall, but I blocked all notifications from the app in Android settings. Semms to have worked so far. Thanks for the help.
