Odd issues with phone

Ok, so let me start by saying I've had this phone since January 31st, it has not been dropped or exposed to water or excessive temperatures. About 4 or five days ago, after my husband traded in his DNA for the note 2, my phone started acting up. When listening to Pandora (ONLY when listening to Pandora) the songs will start skipping and my phone will randomly place a phone call out to my husband and ONLY my husband. It will ring once, and then hangup. His phone never even registers there's a call. This only occurs when using VZ data, not WiFi. To top it off, my phone froze up the other day while I was reading an article and was completely unresponsive. Many time when connected to WiFi, a link I click will say unable to display page please check connection and this will happen until I turn WiFi off and back on, but only with that specific link. I am unsure if it is ny internet connection or my phone not connecting to WiFi properly.
