help my phone has been stuck on this for a good while now not sure what to do.

i know it is in download mode
but my toshiba windows 7 will not pick up my phone to switch firmware
also
if i go into recovery booting it takes me too
TEAM WIN RECOVER PROJECT v2.6.2
and i have no idea what to do. it tells me there is not os downloaded.

You were trying to root your phone? You may have to reflashing the stock ROM with Odin in order to get back into your device.

Why do u want go into download mode

get the recovery.tar.md5 file for your phone first then use odin to install to your device try it..
