Odin Mode secure download stuck

[AC Question]

I have a samsung s6 that I was trying put back to factory reset. i went to a website that said press volume up,power off and menu button at the same time. It went to odin mode secure download and I can't get ir off that page. not sure exactly what I've done. trying to get all my info off before I send it back

I just keep pressing and holding the power button and the other two. This is the main reason i hate phones i can't take the battery out! Eventually it works on my case ... hope it does for you...
