I was wondering if there was neway I could odin to the 1.2 version of syndicate frozen ROM

Not unless someone wants to take the time to package it up as a Odin tar package. Its not that its a great deal of work but only a handful of people know how to do it or maybe I should restate this, a handful of people that I would TRUST their work wouldn't cause me a bricked phone in Odin because something wasn't done correctly in the Odin package.
