Just as the title suggest. Will these two products work together? I'd hate to have to take the silicone case off every time I wanted to mount my phone in the dock.

Never used it but isn't the OEM mount non-adjustable for width? If it is it won't fit, couldn't check up the stats for it because Verizon's site isn't showing it available for me.

yea I can't find on there either but I've seen it on Amazon and Ebay. It looks like the phone just clips in at the ends, but if there is a little place I thought it would work with the case.

Yes, You have to take it off. Which i do and its worth it. This is the best mount i have ever had.

I prefer well fitting mounts. And not having to stick additional things to my case or phone. However that m2 setup does look like it would perform the job, and I could tolerate the little disk, but it would never stay on my dash. During offroad adventures with my Jeep things mounted on the dash with sticky pads have a tendency to come off lol. So I'll need a bolt in or snap on mount. I also need something that can hold it horizontal or landscape without needing to loosen and re-tighten things and the ability to have a built in charger. Man that's a lot of crap I need lol.

Qazme,

You are describing the ProClip mount. I have had one for several years, and wouldn't be without it.

I have a promount in my car for my sat radio but for that much coin it should be device specific. Did I say the m2 rocks. Lol

Posted from my Droid incredible.
Wish it would say that automatically lol.

I have the VZW car mount. No go on anthing that makes it bigger. You could go to a 1750 Batt, but that's it to case will fit, it's snug.

nope won't work...but this is a better mount that I am using and love it!!!!

Okay, so I get the M2. The mount fits perfectly on a very difficult dash (toyota Avalon). Only problem is getting the Dinc on the mount. How the heck do you line up the piece on the phone to get in the channel on the mount. No problem if I take the mount off the post but that can't be the intention. Is there a secret to lining it up?

It too me a few tries but as long as u mounted the disc with the nub at the bottom you put it in at a 90 degree angle.
