sorry if it's been covered but couldn't find.

after placing the daydream setting the charger did work. However, when I woke up this morning I noticed that the battery was 85% and not 100%. Any suggestions? I'm thinking that it stopped the charging once it got 100% and it didn't kick in again.

I think you are right... I always wake up with the phone south of 100%... A 15% drop for an idle phone seems like a lot though... I typically wake up to a 95%-98% battery level...

I'm on verizon and cell standby is a big issue especially cause at home I have low signal.

For the record, I am on Verizon as well... But I don't think I have the low signal issue that you have...
