official CM7?

So are we any closer to having an official CM7 on the epic? I'm content with my current ROM, but my dream has always been to run a fully-functional CM7

I haven't heard much on the CM7 front lately... There was some recent work done before official GB and many people were running it and enjoying the new progress but I think it has come to a stop once again...

I was running CM7 earlier today, and it seems like almost everything is working except for 4G and video recording. And, the last (11/24) build has wifi issues (though there's a fix for that). But, overall, it seems to be pretty smooth and nearing completion. Hopefully, soon...

My biggest problem was the wifi. I'll probably have to try that out, thanks!

Yeah, I'm using CM7 as my daily driver right now. I like the look and feel of it and it's really fast and plenty stable for me. One issue to note is they don't have 911 calling capabilities on this ROM, which is a big issue for some people. Also, as I understand it, we're waiting on the MTD filesystem, and one of the devs claims it's close to their reach, and after that we should hopefully have official CM support.
