Just to clarify: I DO have one of the few phones that is supported (Nexus S). This restriction makes absolutely no sense because it works just fine on my iPhone and iPad.

It works as advertised on my Dinc with 2.2. Have you tinkered with your phone at all? (ie, custom roms etc.)

But the only other pattern between the devices is they're all first gen HTC snapdragon (except the Nexus S). If for some reason the app is optimized for that, then it's a poorly written app.
