Oh god, did I just kill my Incredible? HELP!

I tried to manually update my Incredible the new OTA update (I'm rooted using unrevoked3), and I think I killed my phone.

At this point, it loads up to the Bootloader screen (it says S-OFF at the top), but ClockWork Recovery will not load. Help!!!

All I get is a black screen with a RED TRIANGLE. My phone is an original, from May 2010.

I'm pretty much in the same boat, except I tried following Bob Nenny's instructions from the android forums. Now my clockwork is gone and I get stuck at the quietly brilliant screen. Not sure what to do from here...

Reinstall Clockwork Recovery. Start at step 11. You'll need to reinstall recovery and Superuser.

Haha you need to calm down. As you've found out, the OTA installed perfectly, and that's exactly how your phone should have been. The black screen w/ red triangle is VZW's recovery screen. All you needed to do was re-flash Clockwork and su, and you're good to go
