Well, as you can tell from my post count, I've been around for a little while already. Since late January, actually. I primarily joined to share news about the Thunderbolt release (which ended up being wrong; Shocker!) but I'm pretty sure I'll be around now for as long as Android is.
Some things about me:
I'm a 19 year old college student at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, majoring in Computer Science. I would love to be a "professional hacker" when I'm out (the legal kind, hopefully). I've been living one city north of where that school is located, in Racine, WI, for the last 16 years or so.
I'm also kind of a gamer. I've always been heavily into video games since I got my NES back in the mid 90's. I still own a PS2, and probably play it as much or more than the 360 I have, if you don't count Netflix.
I love real music. Pretty much anything that was made pre-2005, I don't think I'm capable of hating. Getting into my opinion a bit, today's music (mainly "pop" music and country, but a lot of the rest as well) is FAR too doctored for me to appreciate it. Many of the artists don't have any talent whatsoever, and they only sell their image, while a computer does the work. That's why I listen to anything from 50's jazz up to System of a Down (my absolute favorite band). Side note: I'm picking up a saxophone within the next couple weeks, and learning how to play! Talk about excited...
That definitely kept me same during this whole Thunderbolt launch fiasco, haha. 
Last thing. The only thing I love more than technology or music is sports. I love playing, watching, and following them. The only "American" sport I'm not really a fan of is Basketball. Not too much of a fan of arrogant, greedy people who are overpaid to begin with and still have millions of complaints.
Well, that's pretty much everything about me. I look forward to being here with my 'droids for a long time. And I wanna give a shout out to the Thunderbolt forums for keeping my interest for the last 2 months while we all waited together. If that's any indication of the community here as a whole, I'll have no problem killing time here on a regular basis.
