Oh my first call to ATT CS

LTE has been strong in my area till last night.
I reboot device lte icon displays providing mass speed then I make a call & LTE doesn't re-enable 90% of the time.
I'm thinking issues due to reflector being moved thanks to high wind speeds the last couple days in my area.
I made call to tech letting them know of issue and was pleasantly CS rep with a positive attitude happy to get issue resolved.
CS didn't pass me around like a hot potato explain issue 5 times to different reps , none of that stupid Sprint bumber music etc....X Sprint customers know what were I'm coming from
Anyway ATT rep was very helpfully ticket was entered & wanted to apply small credit to my account :eek:
I turned down credit letting her know it wasn't needed I was very happy with service this issue is a minor Speed bump compared to what I went through for 7 years with Sprint lol
 
Yeah, I actually don't mind calling AT&T, they're pretty nice.

I always got great service out of AT&T's customer service reps - helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Can't say the same about T-Mobile's reps.
 
Good to hear! I have always found att reps to be nice as well. Much better than I had with Sprint as well.
 
I personally don't call CS, I use the online chat. Working at a Call Center makes me not want to talk on the phone if I don't have to.....lol

The online support is great! They've always been eager to help out and answered any questions I've had.
 
I have ATT uverse and I had the same experience. I've had them for 4 years now but when I hit 3 years it was the first time I ever had a service outage.. So I called and spoke with someone who was really nice and they said they couldn't see any connection from my house but my entire area was fine.. They said a tech will need to come out, which I expected, and I said no problem. As they looked at the avaliable appointments she goes "how about 430?" I said sure what day? She said today (it was 2PM Sunday).. My jaw almost hit the floor. I was in shock that she meant today... I said sure. The guy came out by 345...30 minutes later he replaced the connectors on my house since they were old (we got uverse the day it was available so they upgraded the connectors since then) and gave us all new remotes and a new modem. No issues since. They also charged me nothing.. Which I think they shouldn't of since it wasn't my fault the connection died but the fact that they didn't even try meant alot.

I know it's not their wireless part I'm talking about but just saying even in other service areas for them.. They are good as well. I was stunned with that service... Very happy customer. :)

Another interesting chat with CS today
I purchased my ATT GN2 in November finding wall charger went bad today.
I give ATT CS a call explain situation , rep looks in system finding replacement charger they can send over night shipping.
Replacement charger not built exclusively for my device concerned me so I ask If I can get cost of official GN2 OEM replacement credited to my account I purchase it from Amazon.
15 seconds later rep gives me the go ahead , I find one on Amazon , Let rep know the cost which was 18.00 and he instantly credits my account.

Such great CS would never happen on Sprint
