Definitely a spam redirect. I usually see that kind of crap when I click on a FB link. It's almost impossible to read many articles because of pop up ads and redirects. I boycott sites like that. It makes my blood boil! I tell you all how I really feel about them but I'd probably get banned for foul language.

I turned off java scripting in Chrome and most pop ups and ads are gone. Some sites do no load but no more full screen ads
