Ok Google no longer working after oreo

While I never really setup any hands free voice command, I used to be able to say ok Google and get the setup prompts.

Now after the oreo update, the ok Google command no longer does anything. Did AT&T or Samsung disable it to use Bixby instead?

Have you selected English US in voice settings?

Settings>Google >Search>Voice>Voice Match... Make sure ok Google is turned on. Maybe got turned off during update.
