"OK Google" recognizes other languages (Danish) when searching but not when texting.

If I google the SAME EXACT message in Danish, it gets the language and all the words right.
But if I use the Ok Google command to start the text message and choose recipient, it can't recognize the alternate language, but produces a word salad of English.
And it is writing the message IN the Google app window...!
