OK Google/ S voice not working

Hi guys. Both OK Google and S voice are unresponsive to voice instructions. In the Google app, I have enabled voice recognition and when I go to retrain my voice, there is no response. Same with S voice, no recognition that I am speaking.

Would anyone have an idea?

Dog gone it. It's working note. I turned my phone off then on, and abracadabra!!

Dang. Things not working on my S5 was giving me an excuse to continue upgradede to Pixel. Lol .
