Is the "OK google" audible search command available on the Tab S without first having to click on the search bar?

Try opening the Google Settings app, then Search & Now>Voice>"Ok Google" Detection, and see if you can turn on "From any screen." I'm not sure if S-Voice might prevent you from doing this.
