OK Google

I'm having problems setting up to use OK Google in settings. Google Now keeps saying that it's too loud I have turned off my television and haven't made any sounds other than to say OK Google 4 times. Anybody else have this problem. BTW mine is on Verizon .

Maybe clearing the cache for the Google Search app?
