i have an upgrade available on one of my lines 12/13/12 its my sons line. i was going to use that upgrade for my wife. i used my upgrade last month to get the S3. BUT i want the note 2 so my wife said she is willing to give me the upgrade for the note 2 and i will give her my S3. then my son will stay on his phone, he is 12 and just got a moto droid over the summer that my mom gave him. so he is no where near ready to deserve a NEW phone

so you think this can be done?

Shouldn't be a problem. Use your sons upgrade for the Note II and then get a new SIMS card for your S3 so you can switch it to your wife's line.
