Okay, I've got ThundeROM. Now what?

Some how, some way I was able to fumble my way to getting this ROM on my LG Optimus S. Had to go from VC to V9 to VD(just my luck, I was stuck for 3-4 hours with my screen blank and the power out in my subdivision so I couldn't surf for answers). Now, I have it on here. What should I be doing? What should I notice? Can I install apps by way of my laptop now or do I still have to go to marketplace?

I DEFINITELY have not really mastered the whole adb thing down whatsoever. I'm kinda shocked I was able to do this.

You can go to appbrain and install apps from there. Get their app on your phone from the android market to make it all work. It's tied to your google account, so you can make a 'list' of your installed apps in case you ever need to wipe your phone.

Should notice about another 100mb of free space for apps on the phone now and it should be a bit faster. It's not overclocked, but you'd have to install a kernel for that (at least on ThundeROM).

Beyond that, just enjoy that sprintID is gone and more room / customization of your phone

Only thing is, I preferred some of the apps that came with certain Sprint ID's like Telenav, yet I can't find them in the marketplace.

Search in either the Thunderom thread or Nick's nRom thread...there is a flashable zip for the Sprint Apps, I believe in one of those threads...
