Old micro SD card performance.

I have hardly been close to filling a 32gb class 10 (Toshiba) card in my Note3/4 but they were 32gb phones, so my question is will my 32gb card have much impact on the speed of the Note 8?
I don't use alot of space so if there is an impact I will probably not use a micro SD card for now.

If you put videos on it you might see a speed hit, but photos and pics would be okay. Micro SD's are so cheap, if you're going for videos get a faster card.
