Old PDA file to App. conversion

I have a ten year old Compaq Aero 1550 running MS Windows CE, that has a program on it that I would like to use on the Droid 2.2 OS. Is the Droid OS compatIble with the old MS program files, if not what would I have to do to make it work?

No, Android is based off of a heavily modified Linux kernal and most applications are run through a Java Virtual Machine called Dalvik.

Your best bet is to find an android app that does something similar.

Finding a similar app is not possible, the program I want to use is a controller for a broadband amplifier, made by a company that sold off that division and the company that bought it killed the line to stop competition from a better product. If I can't find a way to adjust the amplifiers then we'll have to remove about 500 of them. Thanks for the info, I'll keep looking for an alternative.
