I have an old galaxy mega that I want to make a tablet for my 2 year old. Problem is, he keeps putting the phone into sleep mode. I need a way to make it harder/ impossible for him to use the physical buttons.

Welcome to the forums. You could have a frame made to set the tab in and hide the buttons. Depends on how fancy you want to be.
