Hello to all who have ventured into the Droid world ahead of me. I have been using a Razor V3 since they came out back in '04... Finally bit the bullet and moved into the smart phone realm. The Droid is what sold me on the move and so far I am happy with the choice. Although I moved from a 10 year relationship with T-Mobile to Verizon at least I kept my old # so it was fairly painless. I already had the Motorola home and auto chargers, so I needed to run to Radio Shack and get a few mini USB adapters and all is well again.
I started a new job and needed to be connected to email and some networking tools (IT Admin type). I had been using an iPod touch 2g plus packing the v3 around and decided to simplify... The Droid had the power and speed to do it. I was torn between the iPhone 5 and the Droid but since Apple pulled a bonehead move releasing the 4s it was a no brainer.
Moving forward... I am looking at the Droid Razor for the girlfriend when it goes on the market next month, what a wonderful world we live in!
