Older update wanting to install

Curious I have a LS670ZVD version phone but since I have rooted and installed Xionia's 2.6.32.33 kernal it keeps downloading and trying to install LS670ZVC...? Any ideas how to prevent this or trick get the phone to not look for this update?

click the more info button on the update then pull the battery, wait a min, but batter back in phone, then turn on phone.

Thank you. I went ahead and wiped the device. It has not tried to run the update. I figured I would wipe it because I had a lot of useless apps and did not want to go through what I wanted to delete.
