OMG!!! Cracked screen and no one will fix!

So, like a dumbass, I bought a 4a off Swappa as a tweener until the 5 ships without spending the extra to buy protection plan. And... Last night it flew out if my hand and is majorly cracked. I called ubreakifix and other places and they say it's so new that supplies are very limited and the repair is $400! That's more than the damn phone! Any other ideas? Jesus. I wanted to sell this too. Arrrgh!!!

might be able to find someplace local that could do it cheaper. or check youtube videos, see if there is one for your phone and see if you can do it yourself.
