Hey guys after I installed the leaked froyo 2.2 update I used a speed test app to test if any changes and I used to get from 3-4mbs but today I was pushing passed 10mbs, the highest the needle went up to was 10mbs and it was just trying to go even further. Lol has anybody else got any great speeds after the update. I wish any t-mobile fanboys would say there new network add on is faster now. I have the results on my phone and its great.

i havent seen it yet, but I dont stick on 4g much unless Im doing something that requires the extra speed. I was seeing 4-5.7ish as my normal speeds
Yes the upload speed is still at 1mb but when it starts out its like 2mb but then drops to 1mb. I can't wait for sprint and clearwire to roll more 4g out. I live in Baltimore md and we have 4g but only in popular areas.
honestly thats fast in general. . .even though we might see higher on good cable connections its still damn fast regardless.
Now for a mobile connection, its pure ******ation. Who woulda thought we would see speeds like this?

Can you test using a solid WIFI connection to see what that would pull down VS the 4g? I am just curious if 4g with 2.2 will be better.
i never saw 10+ mb on 4g, but I can say on wifi the very few times I used it in a bad spot of my house, i have seen well over double what 4G normally does. I wanna say I was seein like 12-14mb
Well its faster then my brothers 12mb Comcast connection. I really hope they get on the ball, Sprints 4g service is 4 times faster then my 3mb Verizon DSL.
WOw I am jealous, in the Chicago are the best I have ever achieved it 4.5. And at my apartment I get 2.3
