On my Cricket ZTE Grand X Max, why is the video flash pink on the back camera?

cricket zte grand x max help video flash is pink on back camera

please help!! whenever i try to record a video on my back camera with flash on my ZTE GRAND XMAX it has a pink tint and i dont know how to get it to do anregular flash lighting while recording my front camers flash works fine and is normal but my hack one is pink on my phone when i use the regular camera or even snapchatting. on anything i use to record with flash on my back camera. please help me idk whats wrong

I had the same problem with my phone but then I took my phone case off and I didn't have that problem anymore.
