On my Huawei mate S demo video starts playing when lock button is pressed

when i pressed lock button ,instead of sleep its beginning to play video , how can i turn off this , please if someone have experience help me, its makes me crazy.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get this brand new, or was it a refurbished or used unit? Check the system settings and the app list thoroughly--is there anything there about a Demo Mode? If not, then your unit was likely a floor model, with a special Demo ROM installed. You typically can't turn off the demo mode in these units, unless you root the device and flash the stock ROM.

Hello guys, i have the same problem... my huawei mate s has the retail mode app on it. I cant delete it (hard reset/soft reset wont work). all the installed apps on the phone are also undeletabel. How could i make it work normally?
