On my Lg G3, why can't I flash a rom in recovery menu?

Lg g3. I can't flash a rom in recovery menu

My 64gig card reads/writes fine in all apps. was formatted Fat32 then exFat, But when I am in recovery menu, my .zips never show up. Same thing when I put a .zip on internal storage. I get this error:

What recovery are you running?

I was using TWRP and flashify, and one other Rom Toolbox I think.
