On my LGMS323, why have my LED Flash light, and Camera flash stopped working?

LGMS323 My LED Flash light, and Camera flash stopped working

I was using Flash light 2 nights ago & it stopped working, and my display screen went out. Since if I try to use Flash light App or camera using Flash my screen illumination goes off, and have to power of phone and turn back on and my screen is back, but if I try to use the LED screen goes dark, and have to power off and restart to get screen illumination back

Welcome to Android Central! Is this a flashlight app that came preinstalled on the phone, or one that you installed yourself from the Play Store? If you installed it, try uninstalling it and see if the problem persists.

It was a app I installed when I purchased the phone. I already uninstalled when it occurred, but installed another flashlight app, & same issue.
Since your reply.
I have uninstalled the new app installed, & same issue with camera flash, screen illumination still goes out, but I do not have to power off and restart phone to get it working, know I'm able to hit the button that normally turns illumination off then use the button that turns on, have illumination and takes me to my pass code to open phone, everything works fine, till I use the camera in flash mode, then screen illumination turns off, and can't see anything hardly, the phone was hard to power off at first cause I could barely see the display to restart, internet works and everything, camera takes picture, just loose the display lighting when LED is used , not whats displayed, when it first happened was hard to even power off and restart due to screen lighting stopped working.
but display works just can't see it..

Try booting into Safe Mode, which disables all 3rd party apps: How-to: LG Optimus L70: Master Reset, Reboot in Safe Mode and Update the OS

Tried safe mode already uninstalled app so it is not there in safe mode to uninstall, but tried camera using flash in safe mode and same result screen goes dark camera takes pic. but no flash and screen goes dark, but will illuminate without restarting phone, by normal use of buttons

It may be a hardware failure. The next step is probably a factory reset.
