On my S7 occasionally, it rings and there is no way to answer it, nothing appears.

on my S7, sometimes it rings and there is no way to answer it, as nothing appears. if i restart it works again the next time, but until it happens, you dont know.

Can anyone advise?

Boot into recovery and wipe system cache partition. This will not wipe any user data.

Notice: Factory Data Reset WILL DELETE all personal and saved data on device.
