On my Samsung S5, how can I force it to use cellular data instead of wifi?

AC Question

on my Samsung s5 how can I force it to use cellular data instead of wifi?

I know this seems backwards but I have a very good reason. my cellular data is unlimited and my jetpack Mobil wifi from another service is not. I keep both on while driving to enable consistent Internet for Internet radio for instance.

How? Turn wifi off.Pull down the notification bar. Wifi should be the first icon on the left. Tap it and it should go out. While driving you're seldom, if ever, going to pick up a wifi signal, and then only for a few hundred feet, unless jetpack has wifi hotspots all over the place. Even so, your mobile data should be solid all over. If it's not, you chose the wrong carrier. You should choose the one that does cover everywhere you need coverage - that's the first thing you look at. Not phones, not price, coverage. $10/month unlimited everything and a free flagship phone is useless if you don't have a signal.
